    • Event Entrance: We will be using the south entrance to the Arena (Papamoa side).

    • 6.00pm:   Doors open for VIP guests.
    • 6.15pm:    Doors open for Premium and Event guests.
    • 7.00pm:   All guests to be seated in Arena.
    • 10.30pm:  Evening program ends.
    • 11.15pm:   Extended licence to celebrate the evening with your guests.

Table Options

There are various table levels available to fit different guest requirements and budgets. Please see below for all options and current availability status.

VIP Table - $2,990 + GST

  • VIP Table for ten, with sumptuous meals served plated to your table.

  • 3.5 hour beverage package with full table service.

  • Seating in the front rows of the room.

  • VIP Pre-Reception with complimentary aperitifs and special guests.

  • Company logo in the event program.

  • Company logo and links on event website.

  • Company logo presented on big screen at event.

  • A full evening of 5-star entertainment.
     

Premium Table - $1,990 + GST

  • Table for ten, with sumptuous meals served banquet style to your table.

  • Preferential seating in front half of the room.

  • 3 bottles of wine on your table on arrival.

  • Ability to set up a bar tab for your table.

  • A full evening of 5-star entertainment.

Event Table - $1,390 + GST

  • Table for ten, with sumptuous meals served banquet style to your table.

  • Ability to set up a bar tab for your table.

  • A full evening of 5-star entertainment.

Single Seat - $139 + GST

  • Sumptuous meals served banquet style to your table.

  • Seated at a networking table with other guests.

Charity

We know that high profile events are a great way to raise awareness and funds for local charities who need help. Over the years we have given a number of non-profit organisations the chance to utilise our commercial events without having to take on the risks associated with major events themselves.

​

The charity auction adds a great dynamic to the evening, with lots of fantastic items up for grabs amongst the thrill and action of live bidding. It forms a wonderful part of the event knowing the proceeds are going to a worthy cause.

For 2018, we are delighted to have Te Aranui Youth Trust and TBC House of Rugby join us as the charity recipients. There's some fantastic items available for the lucky bidders!

​

Te Aranui Youth Trust do an amazing job of helping local at-risk youth. Te Aranui provide leadership courses, youth offender programs and mentoring to young people who are going through hardship and difficulty. They provide a vital hand when our future generations need it most.

​

TBC House of Rugby has been set up as a way to use rugby to help boys develop values, character and discipline. Operating as a foundational platform at Tauranga Boys College, the House of Rugby gives all boys, no matter their background or socio-economic status, the building blocks to create well-rounded young men and bright futures.

​

The Charity Auction is run as a separate component of the event, with all proceeds from the auction going to each charity's cause. This is operated separately from the commercial arm of the event, which is underwritten by Events Innovated Ltd with no risk or expense placed on the charity.
